If there’s anything we can count on, it’s change! The weather, the seasons, our lives and relationships. Life is constantly evolving, developing, renewing, changing. On that note… in case you had not heard, the building we used for yoga for the past 11 years has been sold. This summer has been a busy season with family also. Because of family time and that we don’t have a space to meet at this time, it has given me the gift of pulling back and reassessing priorities, goals, and desires for the coming season.

When this all started, I kept asking myself, “what are you becoming.” So many times we don’t know what we are becoming. I know that whatever we practice in our mind, body and spirit is what we become.

  • Thoughts we think and the words we speak determine our destiny
  • Movement in our body and the food we eat determine our health
  • If we take time in the quiet place of our souls, listening for the still small voice of our Creator God; He will draw our spirit to His and bring strength and fortitude for the times ahead.

1 John 3:2 … it is not yet apparent what we will become. But we do know that when it is finally made visible, we will be just like Him, for we will see Him as He truly is.

Although I don’t know at this time when or where I will continue teaching Christ Centered Yoga, I’m praying and seeking God’s plan continually. I am also going through Spiritual Direction training over the next several months. It’s something I’ve considered doing for a few years now and I’m excited to be able to offer that next year. So many times in life I think we learn more in the “pauses” than in the active seasons of life. I love the song Take Courage by Kristene DiMarco. It says: “Slow down, take time, breath in! So take courage my heart. Stay steadfast my soul. He’s in the waiting.”

I invite you to continue in all the things that lead to your health in mind, body and spirit and I’ll keep you posted on where and when we get started back again.

Stay tuned! There’s more to come soon!

Sending you all the love!!
